Have you ever noticed how one type of flower can have so many looks?
On my daily walks, I’ve become rather chummy with the wildflowers, Queen Anne’s Lace, in particular.
You should see all the different “styles”! Blooms are up, blooms open wide, and even upside down.
Right now the Queen Anne’s Lace is growing along the road and in the fields, soon to be taken over by Milk Weed for the Monarch Butterflies. Regal flowers for sure!

Oh!! Lucky!! Our season is ending. I love Milk Weed, too. Bet it’s really something to see the Monarchs. We don’t see them much here. Mother Nature did good in the flower department. :)

Some people call wild flowers “weeds” but I totally disagree. Such wild beauty everywhere around us!

Thank you! Yes, I love them in the fall, too! And, how they look like fireworks in the middle of winter, poking out of the snow!
