Hi. The turkey breast was bacon wrapped. He’s great with the smoker stuff. It was about the best turkey I’ve ever had! I don’t eat pork, but it fell apart when he cut it.
You will LOVE Faye’s recipe. I cooked it on the stovetop and it was divine. I may make it again today!! Ha.
We didn’t have a dessert, so I used the extra cooked rice and made rice pudding with coconut milk, pumpkin, sugar, and cinnamon. I didn’t try it but hubby said it was really good.
