Yesterday Little Bit and I went to a park that spends many of its days immersed in flooded river waters. I found it interesting how evident that is in the peeling paint.
Absolutely beautiful photo’s Jessica. All truly artistic.
I love the lines and the angles and the peeling paint, but when it’s shown that this is a childrens playground it makes you stop and question what you’ve seen.
I actually went back and began again with the photo’s!
I these really are excellent Jessica. Well done!

I was a little distracted by the gravel and wondering whether there are any big enough to paint! I am a little obsessed now, spending a lot of tme looking at the ground when out walking trying to spot a nice smooth stone to paint 😄
How awesome. I saw the gravel, too! Maybe a tiny paintbrush? I saw the cutest thing on Facebook where someone painted Halloween designs on rocks. Hope you’re doing well.
Thank you 😊 Yes there are some wonderful artists doing rocks, one woman specialises in owls, another in cats. A man paints very authentic car logos on them! It’s great fun to paint them and hide them for childten to find in the parks and woodlands.
It is amazing how interesting these photographs are, Jessica. When you start taking photographs of things you start appreciating the interesting features in ordinary things.
Have you considered repainting them? If I lived near you, I’d say “let’s buy paint”. :)

Can’t decide if I love the fact equipment is an essential rainbow, or the fact that after years of flooding, someone keeps painting it, better.

The mottled paint is a bit like playground camouflage.
