One thing I love about blogging is being able to read and comment on blogs. I’ve had this blog for seven years and have never had an issue being able to comment on other blogs until recently.
I’m not sure what’s up, but I want you to know, that I have been reading and commenting, but when I go back and check later, my comments are gone!
I don’t get it!
In fact, yesterday, I did test comments on a friend’s blog. They did post. One even showed for 4 minutes… then was gone.
Guess it’s time to figure it out.
Anyway, just thought I’d tell you in case it appears that you’re commenting often on my blog, but I’m not commenting on yours…
Also, several comments on my posts keep going to Trash. If you have any solution ideas, I’d love to hear them.

Oh, I’m so sorry! Word Press can make things so difficult sometimes. I just hope it is fixed quickly!

I know you went through that thing a few months ago, with posts, I think. Or maybe comments. I did figure out that I can comment with my art blog- no issues there…

Yes, mine was because Firefox cracked down on security and turned off cross-tracking, which apparently Word Press needs to work right.

Whoa, that’s not cool! I have certainly had issues commenting on blogs from my phone, but that is really weird, I hope they can fix it!

I’m having trouble commenting on several blogs lately too, I asked WordPress and they said it wasn’t on my end, so not sure what to do, I keep hoping it will get fixed, good luck!

Hi. Hmm. I’m sorry that’s happening to you as well. It’s strange to write something, then it’s gone. It happened to me this morning, too. I don’t know if it’s going to other people’s Trash or is just completely gone. I’m glad you commented. I thought maybe it was just me.

Thanks! I contacted wp. I think the issue may be with me commenting on new-to-me blogs. I commented on yours and Anne’s and my comments are still there.

Technology and I are not the best of friends, so I can’t really help. But I can confirm that WP is sometimes a bit unpredictable 😉. Whatever the problem may be, just keep posting your beautiful pictures so we can enjoy them!

It’s definitely warm and sunny here … 86 degrees Fahrenheit. However, the clouds have now begun to roll in and I can hear thunder … which mean humidity is going through the roof! In a week’s time we’re going to the West Coast of South Africa where there will be no rain and just sunshine. That’s summer for you!! Good luck with your cold weather – time to indulge in those creamy hot drinks I think!

Wowwww!! 86 and thunder! Sounds great. Ha ha. Yes- on hot drinks. I was just looking at mugs to buy! The West Coast sounds amazing!

We love the West Coast – our home is there and can’t wait to spent some quality time there during the holidays. We’re on our way to a friend’s 60th birthday party … where no hot drinks will be served 😉. Enjoy your weekend!
