    • Thank you. It sure is unique. I’ve driven past that park for years and just assumed that the fence was the remains of an old log cabin. Recently I got out and looked and was shocked to see that amazing spring in there. :)

    • It’s definitely beautiful. I always thought it was part of a log cabin. There’s another park in town that has an old log cabin, so I thought this was probably one as well.

      There’s a memorial sign in front of it, dedicated to a couple. What a beautiful way to be remembered.

        • The next time I go to the library, I’ll see if they have any history on it. I’m not sure if the fence is part of one or was just designed like one. The history in this town goes back to the mid 1800’s I believe. Lots of neat places around here.
